  1. Select the objects to align — click the first one, then hold Shift and click each additional object.
  2. Open the arrange options.
  3. Hover over Align and choose an option.
  4. The three boxes snap into a single vertical line.
  5. Tip: with three or more objects selected, Distribute makes the gaps between them perfectly equal.
