Click the image on your slide to select it — the Picture Format tab appears in the ribbon.

- Click the image on your slide to select it — the Picture Format tab appears in the ribbon.
- Open the picture options.
- In the Edit group on the far left, click Remove Background.
- Fix anything PowerPoint got wrong, then click Keep Changes.
