Most unwanted pages are blank pages caused by extra paragraph marks.
Turn on formatting marks first: on the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the ¶ (Show/Hide) button.
Steps in text
- Most unwanted pages are blank pages caused by extra paragraph marks.
- Click at the very start of the blank page, then select down to the end of it.
- Press Delete (or Backspace) to remove the selected marks.
- To delete a page that has content, select everything on it and press Delete.
